Dan Lucia

I have lived in Sonoma County for over 20 years and my cooking is inspired by the bounty of the region. I source locally by building relationships with the people who grow the produce, make the wine and raise the animals. I also like to craft menus that allow the beauty and flavor of our local foods to be the centerpiece of the meal. I enjoy working with clients to help them create a memorable dining experience
